A natural & vegan wine made from 100% trebbiano abruzzese, a white wine grape which the New York Times cites a grape “worth knowing better”. From the Febo family’s organic and biodynamic vineyards in Abruzzo, it has an inviting straw yellow color and an exotic nose (look for the saffron!) and an intriguing fruity and herbal taste. This white wine is age-worthy too! Fermented and refined in the grandfather Febo’s concrete vessels.

After studying law in Bologna, Davide Febo decided about 5 years ago to home to Abruzzo to make natural wine with traditional abruzzese varieties as a family project, basing his farm & winery on vineyards his grandparents on both sides of his family maintained for years, in both Pescara and Chieti areas. Hence their wines have nuances, reflecting these 2 winemaking areas in Abruzzo. His wines are farmed and made organically, fermented in cement, relying on native yeast fermentation, and are unfiltered.
