Quercia Scarlatta Il Nostro Oro Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Just imported in, first time to the US, is this small production organic extra virgin olive oil by Quercia Scarlata farm and winery in Le Marche Italy whose name translates to ‘our gold’. Hand harvested and milled at the family’s farm, this vegan, organic EVOO is made from over 80% of a local cultivar from area of Macerata called Piantone de Mogliano.
A first run, cold press evoo, this olive oil’s aromas remind you of stepping into a garden full of fresh green beans with a whiff of black pepper. Likewise, tasting it is like having fresh green beans with black pepper and butter, thanks to its buttery texture. Black pepper continues on the finish.
This organic extra virgin olive oil is available in both a 500ml bottle and a 3 liter container, for you foodies out there.
